1. Purpose of This Website

This website is designed to coordinate group buys (GBs) for skincare, beauty, devices, peptides, or other items listed. By participating in any group buy, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of group ordering, including timelines, shipping variations, and minimum order quantities (MOQ).

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order or participate in any group buy. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Group Buy Structure

Group buys depend on:

• Meeting the minimum order quantity (MOQ)
• Supplier or vendor availability
• Shipping times which may vary
• Currency fluctuations and supplier pricing

Participation does not guarantee immediate purchase until MOQ is met and payments are completed.

4. Payments

By submitting an order:

• You agree to pay the full listed amount or your portion of a split order.
• Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
• Orders are not secured until payment is received and confirmed.
• All payments are final unless a cancellation is initiated by the GB organizer.

5. Split Orders

If you choose a split order:

• You must secure your own split partner(s) unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for paying your portion in full.
• If you or your partner(s) fail to pay, the order may be canceled.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted:

• No changes can be made unless approved by the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel an order if MOQ is not met, a vendor issue arises, or payment is not completed.
• If the organizer cancels an order, eligible refunds will be issued.

7. Timelines

Group buys may take longer than standard orders due to:

• Supplier delays
• International shipping
• Customs processing
• USPS/UPS/FedEx delays

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

8. Shipping

• Shipping carriers and times may vary.
• The website/organizer is not responsible for USPS/UPS delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.
• Once tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the buyer and carrier.

9. Product Use & Liability Disclaimer

All items listed, especially research materials such as peptides, are sold for research, educational, or cosmetic use only, as applicable.
Products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The organizer and website are not liable for:

• Misuse of products
• Adverse reactions
• Incorrect handling or storage
• Any results outside of the organizer’s control

10. No Professional Relationship

Participation in a group buy does not create a seller–customer professional relationship.
The organizer acts as a facilitator, not the manufacturer.

11. Privacy

Basic user information (name, email, order details) may be collected to complete group orders.
Your information will never be sold or shared except for order fulfillment purposes.

12. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or participating in a group buy, you agree to all terms listed above.
If you do not agree, do not submit an order or use this website.
